About The Role
We’re looking for a Superstar Sales Development Representative to join our Sales team in our Berlin office.
This opportunity calls for professionals who are ready to dive in with enthusiasm and make a real difference. Join our growing startup, where you'll work closely with senior team members to achieve our ambitious revenue goals together.
You will be responsible for researching, generating & qualifying customers to create sales opportunities, and providing world-class support to prospective customers.
About you: Strongly self-motivated and driven professional who is goal-oriented, creative, and tenacious, with excellent communication skills. You excel with little supervision and enjoy the freedom to work autonomously. If you’re looking to advance your career in SaaS Sales, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Sales Development Representative, you will:
Be the face of UXCam in generating outbound leads through the sales process, by researching & qualifying new opportunities, engaging via phone, email, and social
Conduct discovery calls with potential customers to identify their needs/challenges and generate qualified opportunities for Account Executives, and advise them on how UXCam can help them with a consultative sales approach
Become a product & industry expert in all things mobile & web analytics, staying up to date on news & trends
Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and your peers to strategize your outbound campaigns and approaches, to engage with key decision makers
Maintain & update customer information and activities in our CRM (Hubspot). Using other tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay etc. and others to research leads
