As our new Head of People & Culture, you'll lead our People & Culture function with vision and strategy—building a culture where high performance and trust go hand-in-hand. You’ll develop and execute an HR strategy that aligns with UXCam’s growth, ensures transparency, drives employee engagement, and supports our team across locations.
Own and drive UXCam’s long-term People & Culture strategy, including team growth, culture, and leadership development.
Define and execute HR initiatives that align with company goals while supporting each team member's career trajectory.
Act as a trusted strategic advisor to leadership and team members, bringing both business needs and employee well-being together.
Champion a people-first, transparent culture across all locations and functions.
Define and embody core company values; ensure they’re consistently applied across hiring, performance, and communication.
Serve as a bridge between leadership and the team—building trust, addressing conflicts, and ensuring open, honest feedback flows both ways.
Design and implement a personal development framework, including active leadership training and development plans for all levels.
Establish a fair and aligned performance management (PM) process that recognizes high performance and supports underperformance constructively.
Define success plans for critical roles and map talent against business needs to ensure organizational resilience.
Establish reliable and transparent HR procedures—including salary benchmarks, hiring practices, and payroll compliance.
Own payroll strategy and execution across relevant countries; ensure legal compliance and scalable HR operations.
Create and maintain standardized hiring processes, including structured interviews, consistent assessments.
Develop and manage a clear remote work framework, including country limitations, payroll considerations, and cultural alignment.
Ensure inclusion and engagement across remote and in-office teams, with special focus on our vibrant Berlin HQ.
Conduct ongoing org mapping and workforce planning to anticipate needs, address gaps, and ensure a scalable structure.
Develop clear growth paths for all roles and functions to increase retention and internal mobility.

We’re looking for someone who brings both strategic vision and operational execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in People & Culture, with the following experience and traits:
International HR experience, having worked in culturally diverse and fast-scaling tech companies.
Prior experience in tech companies of 60–100 people, ideally with rapid growth trajectories.
Proven track record in creating, owning, and implementing a People & Culture strategy across functions.
Strong experience in HR Business Partnering, performance management frameworks, and team development.
Solid understanding of German labour law and contracts, including compliance and legal responsibilities.
Experience creating structured HR and workforce planning processes that scale.
Familiar with payroll strategy and execution across multiple countries.
Background in setting up and maintaining salary bands and benchmarks.
German speaker, with strong communication skills in both German and English.
Assertive, concise, and organized, able to lead with clarity and drive action.
Trustworthy and reliable, respected by leadership and team members alike.
Able to give and receive direct, constructive feedback with empathy and professionalism.
